Grief counseling

I will accompany you through the path of grief

„Bedenkt, den eignen Tod den stirbt man nur, doch mit dem Tod der anderen muss man leben.“
Mascha Kaleko

  • You have experienced the painful loss of a loved one, perhaps a long time ago?
  • At first you just wanted to work?
  • But now agonizing feelings break out? You become aware of the finality of the loss.
  • Have you or your life changed completely?
  • Nothing is the same anymore, no stone stands on top of the other?
  • You feel bewilderment, guilt, isolation or loneliness?
  • Do you remain in the past or do fears of your own mYortality become apparent?

You are not alone in this. It is the same for all of us.
All these feelings and feelings in grief are normal and important.
And they are certainly worth being accepted and really felt.
The death of a loved one shakes our lives and often leads us into a deep crisis. All these crises, shocks and sensations, however, also offer a chance for change, development and growth.

Grief is a life task - regardless of who and what you have lost:
  • a loved one
  • a relationship
  • an unborn child
  • your own health or an organ
  • a beloved animal
  • the home, the parental home
  • one option
  • a stage in one's life

As a trained grief counsellor, I accompany you through the path of grief and we face the challenge together.
Within the protected framework of my practice, we encounter mourning with healing rituals, meditations and conversations. A place of closeness to oneself and mourning.

Mourning means to pause, to endure, to remember, to say goodbye, to go new ways.

Mourning is completely different from individual to individual, everyone experiences this time in his or her own way.

And - every kind of mourning is right. Just as we are all different, we also live grief in our very own way.

If you should wish support with your grief, then call me or send me an E-Mail. I will help you quickly and at short notice.
